Sazón! was born from a dream, a leap of faith, and a whole lot of heart.

We are a family who migrated from Colombia, carrying our roots, our traditions, and our love for food into a new beginning.

 

Like many stories, ours started with uncertainty fear of the unknown, of starting over, of taking risks. But also with hope.

What began as simple home-cooked meals, shared with love, slowly turned into something bigger. Our table grew, our community grew, and so did our passion to create something of our own.

United as a family, we took that leap.

Today, Sazón! is more than a restaurant  it’s a space filled with warmth, culture, and flavor. Every dish we serve carries a piece of our story, made with love, tradition, and that unmistakable Colombian sazón.
